It can be speculated that retirements are not going to be filled to reduce govt sector foot print and increase efficiency or plan to privatize?

Yes that could be the case, but why aren't they declaring results for exams that were conducted years ago.
And why are they increases fees of application forms by 40-50% which was already very high.

They should look elsewhere. I find this nomenclature”govt. job aspirants” weird. There should be job aspirants, less we have of government in some of these lines, the better it is. Other than administrative services, there really shouldn’t be specific interest for govt. jobs.

Common people doesn't thinks like that mate, especially in northern India, Govt. Jobs have created a certain Aura or "Bhaukaal" here that everyone wants to grab. If this govt continues to slash jobs then people here aren't going to take this lightly.

I don't know the law or regulation but may be law permits it although its kinda unfair to not declare results especially when fees are charged. In my SSB batch no one got selected....

SSB interviews are compromised mate. Armed forces children are given special preference. I personally know many Retd. Officers who run SSB training centers and gets you through the interview if you agrees to pay a certain premium.

Its normal as armed forces are tradition in most countries. Generally fair but army brats do have a major leg up in SSB's. I failed medical but did not feel like its fixed. Very low percentage is selected which indicates far less corruption to me vs other gov recruitment. I hated the british vibe in services and family members that served in services, why can't native style and traditions be promoted.

One thing that doesn’t get much attention as having been part of the plan is Dhrishtadyumna‘s killing of Drona. References to it are somewhat & obviously critical but almost no mention of it having been part of the plan. However for the plan to have succeeded, Drona had to be killed. Otherwise the lie would have been outed, sooner or later.
