The article is generally talking about deployments in Black Top & Helmet Top area, I don't think it says that they are controlled by PLA.

China is admitting intrusion to justify an attack on us , We are denying it by saying we are on our side of LAC only. China has admitted intrusion of IA. So they will take action soon. India didn't admit intrusion because we were buying time.

I'm astonished why didn't IA didn't take this step since Galwan valley clash? If we had preempted aftermath of Galwan valley clash and dominated this south flank chene would be pegged back way back itself and all these build up of forces in despang finger areas would be prevented. Thought to note.

Yes, the only reason China will accept an Intrusion is to paint us as the aggressor. Otherwise, they would have kept quiet and none would have been the wiser.
