Earlier was one time. This is 300 crore per project. Earlier amount was for emergency purchase of ammunition I think. This is broad based. Means military can buy anything they want.

They are waiting for the right time to strike IA positions. Let's hope time bought has been used judiciously to build up emergency stocks. Chinki will come raining with all it got.
