Artillery guns are fired directly on enemy Tanks and other A Vehicles. Specially the Chinese 122mm guns (originally Russian and India also holding lots of them) which are designed to be used as anti tank guns..

The guns may also be fired in direct firing mode on enemy defenses specially bunkers and emplacements..

We are easily looking at 500 to 600 Armoured's Vehicle's.

There is no such area except southern portion of Ladakh where this mass can employed for a maneuver. We have seen how those were lined up in Galwan River valley like tomatoes on a vine type tomato plants. Depsang plains can provide an avenue for employment of one Regt. all Rudra WSI with spikes and apaches with Hellfire will decimate the entire division. Depsang can be turned into Sanai for Chinese armour.. Rest all places Chinese can be in trouble.

Indian Army will turn Gogra and Hot spring complex into Krusk and that will be grave yard of one Chinese Mechanized / Motorized Division.

And if Indian Army is able to carry out classical infiltration behind these columns to block the roads that supply them then the game is over..

What is required is lots and lots of spikes LR (mountain can give long ranges)..... and one RL per section.. lots of Excalibur rounds..

HQ-9 is s-300 reverse engineered. Pakis were going to buy same?. It is unknown how effective this
system really is. Israelis and US have both been successful in countering s-300 in Syria.
