I don't know whether this has been posted before. How can an ex army man write an article like this. Glorifying the PLA and demoralising our forces. Anybody agreeing with the quoted piece. I think it is a pie of bullshit.

My own company earned 15000 crores by just exchanging dollars to Re .. on top, employees r working 14 - 15 hrs a day , their legitimate dues are being denied , organisations are saving big time on their OPEX ....due to WFH

In a coming 2 decades they ll become more than wht america is today .America might nt be able to provide security to pacific region as agressively as it is today.. So accordingly geo politics of asia ll be decided . If we fall in a middle income trap it ll gravely effect our security and interest in the region . I am quite convinced from this article Sawhney doesn't know what he is talking about and also doesn't have a sense of proportion. He is talking of disrupting communications of the PMO. It will be a HUGE escalation in itself and can only be done in very few ways without actually hitting PMO/C&C centres in Delhi with missiles 1. ASAT missiles, a capability which we also possess and would create a huge international backlash as it will take down 100s of other satellites 2. Direct Energy Weapons something, the development of which is in a very nascent stage even in the US. I remember he once claimed India doesn't need holding corps in a war with China. Defies basic military logic.
Just namedropping buzzwords like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning mean shit. In my previous roles in my job used to work directly on AI, ML with a FAANG company. I really want to know what all China is going to use AI for? And if they have developed weapons exploiting AI, ML where did they get the training data from? AI and ML don't come out of thin air. Also in case you folks didn't know most of the Chinese research papers on AI and ML are heavily plagiarised, speaking from personal experience and also of my peers! Indian research work in AI and ML is far superior. We need to utilise them for our defence and unlike Chicoms, we have better access to training data too!
