Under Modi Raj, you will find many such Babus, Directors and Chairmen, who are selling pipe dream in the name of "Vision" with catchy slogans at top to secure a couple of years of tenure even they know that these ideas are lofty or most of the time exaggerated projection of their capabilities. The time lines of these projects (5-6 years at minimum) hedge their risk as by the time the project starts facing troubles and subject to delays, they got retired and become defense experts giving hindsight opinion on what to be done or Not !!

We are not learning from US, Russia or even China, where most of the project directors are in their prime working age 40-45, at least, they could bear the shame while in service if their projects doesn't get successful or proved to be Hot gas of imagination.

Comparison of India & US can't be done. In India Hindus have been persecuted not Muslims. Similarly Blacks/Asians have been treated badly in US. That being said BLM started as a noble cause since Racism still exists in US but now has been takeover by leftist & Islamic lobbies.
