These kind of articles are simply to paint own country in bad light. Of course army has the capability to supply its troops in winter.

if i remember, mki's have indigenous RWR called tarang and is standard package in all IAF planes as of today. and i do not know why you want LWS in fighter planes? even though, we have passive radar on mkis, it is still very powerful and highly capable radar.

The same applies to the PLA in Ladakh too. The distances involved in bringing up supplies from their logistics bases in Tibet is horrendous. And the 'last mile' terrain they have to negotiate isn't a walk in the park.
