Would rather develop mechuka into a major city with a good airport. Mechuka is much more closer to occupied Tibet border than Tezu which virtually is in Assam neighborhood. Got to build in areas that the bat munchers think is theirs.

It’s perhaps not wise to build a critical infra close to the border. When shit hits the fan, the airport will be hit, making it practically useless. Inside areas on the other hand provide strategic depth.

not a base…a full fledged regular Indian city with an international airport. Northern AP needs a good urban area for jobs.
