India on Monday reiterated that maintenance of peace and tranquility in border areas is an essential basis for the development of Sino-India relations as it underlined the need for Beijing to respect mutual concerns, sensitivities and priorities.

China's PLA has deployed advanced rocket launchers in western theatre command: Report
China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) has reportedly stationed advanced rocket launchers above 17,000 feet in the western theatre command.


PLA has also installed an artillery bridge along the area overseeing the Indo-China border, as reported by Chinese army’s official newspaper on Monday.





PLA Daily claims that the brigade is situated 5,200 metres above sea level in the Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region (XUAR). Without divulging the exact location, the newspaper added that the paraphernalia is kept in an area with snowy sharp peaks.

Keep economy out. These wars are ‘full scale limited’ fought on reserves lasting few weeks before ceasefire or nuclear exchange happens.

Without destroying Pakistani nuclear attack capabilities no leader will commit anything on that ‘full scale limited’ war. What military leadership is briefing the PMO is anyone’s guess. Having said that the sheer size of India will be used as main selling point then preemptive attacks and last interception of Pakistani BMs to convince the leader.

Pinaka is already there in Eastern Ladakh.
Prahaar was inducted in limited nos, the Army is waiting for longer range Pranash which will a wee bit smaller than Prahaar and would be mounted on a 6x6 chassis for better mobility.
Pralay, status:unknown, but the constant testing of missile under the guise of Prithvi test might indicate that it has been inducted or is in final stages of user trials.
Pragati was the export version of Prahaar, so its unlikely it has been inducted.

These Chinese nationals getting caught from Nepal could be a long term strategy of the CCP to do this. At this point they always have this belief that India as a country is run by:

a. Politics
b. Religious diversity.
c. BPL and Low income group family men.

I think they are using point b. and c. to put pressure on a. as a long term strategy. However, I am also thinking that they have missed out one thing.

IIRC @Hellfire said that we may have to fight for Gogra Hotsprings and Galwan, seems like the only option left other than accepting the new status quo with the PLA apparently telling the IA to be happy with what they have achieved, CSG is expected to meet this week apparently, we will know in afew days ig.
