Chinese police arrested a man by the name by the name of Qiu Moumou in Nanjing for exposing CCP cowardice on Galwan. He had 2.5 million followers on weibo and was criticising CCP on the handling of Chinese soldiers killed in Galwan.
He has been transfered to MSS custody.

One great thing about the Chinese is they are not delusional like our western neighbours, provided with hard facts, they drill down to reality rather quickly. Many Chinese forums are in meltdown from the news of their pullback and defeat in the Pangong lake sector.

After Galwan incident all companies or units of soldiers station in the area were given separate budgets for procuring the gears (i am not good in technical terms related to army, cant say if company or unit level).
From what information i got from talking to 1-2 guys, some units were given INR 50K just for purchasing Riot class Danda/Sticks similar to what Chinese had. Similarly budgets were given to procure shields, jackets and other things.
