I think it is a false issue to talk about the high right of workers when the main problem in a country is that there are not enough jobs. Thinking too well can make things worse.
That's pretty much the difference between Germany and France. German labor policy is more beneficial to enterprises, which will attract more enterprises to provide more employment opportunities, and then in order to compete for better workers, of course, will provide better wages and treatment.
