There was a fresh Chinese transgression of about 400m in Kakjung area in E. Ladakh some time ago by a section strength of PLA troops. Said troops have gone back behind the LAC but India's trust in the disengagement process has been shaken. Disengagement is currently on hold.

What is worse, the PLA is clearly building up in the rear areas and is also testing its winter capabilities. In my view, if this trajectory continues, a fresh skirmish cannot be ruled out.
