I think India have technology to shoot it down and control it also. By anyway India need to start otherwise China will always come to save POK. I think India can start this campaign this way without loosing its men's. Ofcourse by taking QUAD in confidence.

The video you places says all things contrary to your assertion .. that vehicles will be tested in high altitude...

You can not just bring in equipment and deploy it.
Deploy means, it is with a unit, it is being used in a tactical way according to a doctrine developed for it and the troop manning it / using it are properly trained in its use.. there is an infrastructure for its repairs and upkeep....

War is a systematic business rather than an uncontrolled communal roit...

Secondly this is an issue of NIC being careless, low IQ chimps, like most Govt employees are, not a single fook given about creating or following any cybersecurity procedure, who knows, GoI will outsource cybersecurity to some Israeli firm at this rate.

I have one question from gurus. Cant India impose no-file-zone over POK territory. Means India has technology which can fire/destroy any object over POK from within our secured area. In this way we can claim POK our without keeping boot from some time ?

Govt computers and laptops come with a version of Linux, this may vary state to state and type of usage of the computer. and the applications like spreadsheet mail are usually open source even if windows is installed.
