You cant go back to 1947 and force migration of muslims who voted for partition.

You cant go back to 1971 and force dismantling of paki trained Bangladesh military or resettlement of hindu refugees there.

We have to work with what we have now.

There are better ways to control mullah mentality, like focusing of low skill manufacturing for muslim women, banning urdu and forcing muslims to speak in local language outside hindi belt, bringing mosques under state supervision, and in future banning hijab, dividing muslim vote/identity with a mandal movement among them like pasmanda Ashraf, shia sunnislugfest, re imagining historical narrative with regular muslims identified as forced converts etc

China approach is to do a surgery with a sledgehammer.

Once you get enough tax revenue, then you start scrutinizing and possibly shut off funding for the media and academia. Then you fire or make those propagandists useless or unimportant.
For a long time, since independence we were heavily dependent on foreign assitance and aid for various things starting from food to flood relief to setting up schools. Hence NGOs had such powerful influence on the Indian society. Now, we dont ask other countries for such help. For eg: 2021 delta wave, even though other nations send their freebies like oxygen generator to us in good faith. Eventually we were able to stand on our own ground using our own industrial/ human resources.
