This has already been discussed in the past. There is no need to use Rafale Against Bangladesh. Rafale is for fighting against China/Pakistan type opponents. Using them against BAF will be no point.

1-2 Squadron of SU-30 MKI guided by a Phalcon/Netra AWACS will be more than enough to decimate entire BAF. SU-30 MKIs should be armed with R-77/R-27/Astra MK-1 BVRs.
