In Chennai Anna Nagar, MMDA Colony, Arumbakkam, Beasant Nagar, Adyar. Those areas looks super Posh. List ends there, every area is more or less improper planned regions with poor drainage and roads which are encroached by hawkers resulting in traffic chokes. Couple with poor garbage disposal and sewage system it is shit show.

Only Indore in India showed how to handle waste management. A fact it is an Tier 2 major city. And we have cities like Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata where Corporation money is high but never able to achieve something Indore done.

Even Visakhapatnam will become the first city in India to have 100% underground electricity lines.
Dude.. seriously?

Most of Chennai is relatively clean except for the suburbs and areas where there is massive dumping of garbage.

Alwarpet, Greams Road, Mylapore(a little congested but clean nevertheless), Adyar(comprising of most parts including Tiruvanmiyur, T-Nagar(most of it).

The filthiest areas used to be the business lanes of Parrys but that changed after the vegetable market shifted to Koyambedu. Commercial areas will be crowded, messy , chaotic and sometimes filthy.

Most of Mount Road area including the residential areas alongside are very clean. Guindy, Velacherry... the inner lanes have always been clean and well kept.

The only residential places that I found filthy and rundown were the SCB(slum clearance board) which are poorly planned, filthy and managed poorly for obvious reasons.

Waterways are absolutely filthy because of non disposable garbage dumping plus most of them are connected to outlets that empty into the sea so it gets washed back into the city during high tide.

Course, things were much better during the days of Onyx but Chennai is still better than a lot of places I have been to.

Chennai public toilets are very poorly maintained though they are pay and use toilets in public places like Chennai Central & Koyambedu.

Sorry comrade .. Chennai totally seems like an overgrown village compared to even the urban hellscape of Bengaluru.. the only thing that looks urban are the 10 flyovers to nowhere . Tamiz coping can only get one so far . And this is supposed to be bharats great southern industrial hub.

lol.. that sounds mighty myopic. For the record, I am not a Tamilian though I lived there for donkey years and been to a lot of places where even Chennaites haven't been to.

Overgrown village? Specifics please.

Bangalore Central was an absolute hell hole because of the 'infrastructure development' and it took more than 2-3 years to complete the stretch from Mysore road till the station entrance and for that entire duration, the place stank to the high heavens of human feces.

Have seen a lot of people express loathe, disgust for Chennai as first timers. Most folks don't recover from the 'culture shock' of the place and their objectivity often tends to get blurred by their obvious bias.

Indeed like I said blore is an urban hellscape outside the old money enclaves. And Chennai is even worse with narrow roads to everywhere . Knee height water in every mild deluge . And like any aspiring industrial megapolis it should do better .
(Pls don't mind my tamiz reference ..I have too many friends and family from there and this blore vs Chennai banter goes on forever)

White dogs can't stop being obsessed with us with them seething about some non-existence rape and sexual assault epidemic happening in India when India already has one of the lowest rape rates on the entire planet on top of which nearly half of all rape cases filed turn out to be fake cases registered to harass men. Their single digit IQ makes them an expert on everything in their own rainbow world.

Ironically white shitholes have some of the highest rape rates on the planet, along with homicide rates, kidnapping rates, robbery rates and narcotics overdose deaths. The more I see these subhumans being disgusting on us for no reason, the more I feel happy over the news of muslim gangs assaulting their women and their they/thems doing mass shootings over there.

Pedophile subhumans with porn addiction who consider women as sex toys should shove their concerns down their rear.
Posted this here before but resharing this again.
Despite the depravity, most MSM didn’t even bother to report it, but at least WION and some other Indian news media did.

7 men and 2 toddlers. Some truly vile and disturbing stuff from Americ*nts. Of course no coverage of this incident on bbc, nyt or their like.

Goras even run massive pedo gangs in SEA countries esp Philippines and Cambodia. Goes there under the guise of muh spirituality, muh finding your inner self, but instead ends up discovering his inner pedo cravings.

samshit "technician" purposely ruined a customer's TV in order to void warranty for it and got caught. The guy was so sure about what he was doing that he even tried to check for cameras around the place before pulling out a box cutter knife and making a big scratch on side of the screen; BUT the customer was probably aware of the kind of things so called -authorised technicians- pull on their customers that he had hidden a camera prior to his coming over at somewhere else...and now you have it, caught red handed

this is warning for all consumer buyers to be double sure of what these subhumans do just to not have to deal with a customer's warranties

These are just my personal biases ..
First time I went to Chennai was as a kid and I had gone there from some shithole in eastern UP and was not at all impressed ,other than the beaches.. the only other big city that I had seen was noida .
Years later after living in blore for many years my family was considering moving there .. stayed there for 4months to see if we would like it or not ... Noped the fuck out of there .
If other people love Chennai it's all good with me hardly a point to fight for for me.
