Forex rising but rupee continues to fall. We're not going to reach past 5 trillion if the rupee continues to keep devaluing 5% every year. A 5% devaluation is huge when you calculate for GDP growth in nominal dollar terms. What would have been 12% growth in dollars is now only 7% growth just because of the rupee. A falling rupee doesn't really make India more competitive since we require so many foreign inputs such as oil, machinery, fertilizer, etc to make our export products in the first place. Better to have a slightly rising rupee at 1-2% a year.

These figures are bad enough. Out of 236,000 jobs, only 155,000 go to locals while 80,000 go to chinese workers, for projects that the locals have to pay for through their tax money. No other country takes takes govt loans only to give 40% of jobs to foreign workers.

And the total job creation of only 0.155 million is miniscule for a country of 200 million which has been burdened with the associated debt. This is less than the direct employment just from the iPhone factory in India. 67 billion dollars my ass, the pakis have even completely ripped off. They deserve the Chinese.
