Stop being a dumbass for the sake of it. The township you linked while very impressive, is extremely tiny at around 100 acres. My point was that India needs gated communities the size of Bahria (>30000 acres) for the middle taxpaying class to have a decent living environment, since there are no continuous neighbourhoods in big cities that offer that. The most posh residential areas in B'luru are those build a 100 years ago. Go figure.

Amriki Style Suburban Townships dont work for Indian Conditions.
Our Cities are old and land is really a scarce commodity.
Dont have Desert next to a Metropolitan Area or Army Dictatorship to Confiscate Land from Farmers for Sprawling Luxury of Suburbs.
It is simply not commercially viable to commute large distances for daily economic activities.
We have to revamp our Cities like that of Japan.
Improve upon the existing Towns and Cities and more focus on Public Transports.
And this is what India is upto with exponential increase in Metro Rails in every major cities.
India is not rich country but as we mature as economy you will see remarkable change in coming decade.
It is chaotic right now with SET WESTERN Standards but India will have to define it own way.
Thats why we see Growth in High Rises in Residential Buildings and not much in Commercial Buildings.
