This is way too small. Also western style becoming more popular among aged people. The door alone covers 80% of the Bathroom. You need to stand at the corner to close it or open it.

Current emphasis on quantity is fine. But in coming iterations there should be some improvement with respect to space management etc.

Yes but if people don't want to live there because it is not nice enough, it will turn into a slum nightmare like the slum housing in NYC and such where it became crime infested areas and it was hard to control that area.

When I got my house renovated, I realised you have to pay for finesse. Can't look at shit construction in your own house so have to pay for better tenured labour and material.
If you haggle too much they'll cut costs and charge extra in small small things.

Meh. Bahria town is still the "city" that i will say has the best infrastructure in the subcontinent. Very wide roads, proper footpaths and planned layout (dont see any slums either) and above all, very clean. From newer videos, the plots are filling up rapidly. Bahria town is probably the only redeeming factor of Pak. India needs such townships for the middle class to live in since our municipalities are incapable of delivering anything close.
