See that is the question? Why do they need separate marine infantry why couldn't US army lend them an infantry when required.

Same goes for air support.

The same marines were fighting terrorists on land in Afghanistan nothing naval about it.

I think this is just US military's way to maximize budget and keep expanding military.
Ya'll Nibbiars you don't need congress permission to deploy the Marines.

yes now marines are becoming very redundant if you look at it closely.

they are also dumping their heavy equipment are sort of becoming a very light infantry force.

i dont understand the purpose of the marines now.they were originally made to be specialized naval infantry used for port adn beach shore seizure.their equipment now does not have the heavy firepower that can be used to take a facility like a port that is under medium enemy occupation.

india should not follow the way of the contemporary US Marines.they should follow the path of the chinese Expeditionary force which consists of meaty help of mechanised soldiers that are more like the usa marines of old.

Presenting world's first Seaplane Fighter SF-35, with capabilities to Land on sea if it misses Aircraft Carrier.... 😂😂🤣🤣
Accidents are normal part of any aviation.
Things get even more complicated during deck based operations of aircraft carrier.
With the amount of sorties conducted by USN such accidents are matter of probability.
We don't know if the jet was at fault here.
IAF has more than enough fair share of accidents.
We should stop making fun of such accidents or we might end up with mentality like our esteemed western neighbour.

Landing on a Plane Runaway is more easier than landing on the Deck of an aircraft Carrier.

landing on the flight deck of a carrier is one of the most difficult tasks a naval pilot ever has to do. Most decks of Aircraft Carriers are only around 150+ meters long and are pretty narrow. Hence not as Easy as it seems.

Is that F-35 actually Floating? Really? I thought it had sank, is the F-35 in this Picture Actually Floating?
Most aircraft will float in water. This is because wings of the aircraft will generate enough buoyant force and almost all planes are designed with center of gravity in the center of air-frame avoiding tilt.
This happens only if aircraft fall horizontally flat along Z-Axis and their is not much structural damage.

Eventually the aircraft will sink.

That means that the Aircraft will float for some time and will than sink eventually. Thank you for the information.

Sinking starts when the air-pockets start filling with water (e.g. air-intake, turbine chamber, etc.) or their is enough structural damage that causes part of aircraft break up or aircraft starts to tilt.
