Take this 3 steps

1) Jail the accused for 10 years with complete dismissal from Job and 1 cr fine or attach the properties.

2) Complete ban on their children going out of India.

3) No goverment jobs will be given to their children nor admission in Government schools.

Inki Tharak ka koi ilaaj nahi !!
These 50-60 something uncles think any 20 something girl will fall for them! Internet is cheap they can visit that part of internet there!
Also, I have heard about those Women trapped by Younger Boy cases too where a PSU Lady employee aging 50 something got trapped by a 25 yr old M boy and boy was able to get many blueprints through her.
In this case Lady's family was dysfunctional: Husband Died many years back, elder son also expired in accident. Younger son lived in US.

Yup; we can definitely adopt the strategy Ordnance Factory Board has been successfully using since past four five decades.

It's called KLPD. It's actually short for Knowledgeable Looking Package Deception, nothing else
What you do here is you lure in the enemy with classy sounding names like Indian Small Arms System. But after they spend a considerable amount of time and resources they suddenly realise that the project is shit. And they experience a KLPD.

But ya if this solution is too advanced for anyone then their exist two other ways, but those are kind of boring old school technique.
1. In short run you introduce private sector like discipline in organisation. Everyone has to sign NDA and NCA. They get do's and don'ts list. Compliance is monitored every month. Salaries get deducted considerably for even minor mistakes like writing "DRDO" in bio. Show cause notice is served.
2. And in long run you develop a robust counter intelligence framework. It should be competent enough to identify potential targets even before they get trapped.

Just adding little bit info to this thread

All high level honey trap not b**bs and veg**a tactics, most of the time all high ranking officials in developmental organization or army don't have any sense of digital hygiene, so they left out some crucial info on internet like personal contact email or some other info to get to them, once threat actor find it they start a stable communication Chanel using pretending to be foreign researchers from wetswen world or Israel, and make them to believe to open certain backdoored application ( in bramos case) or document ( in DRDO case), once they are infected either their organization mail compromised or given direct access to org. Infra, then some classified data taken out but this is only first part, later this data used to black mail the victim saying this happened became you if you want us to keep quite you do simple things like picture of first stage propulsion of your latest rocket motor or send picture or new prototypes etc, if they do they get rewards in form of money either from UAE bank account ( less suspicious because lot of Indians work there) or Nepal banks ( again due to large trade route)

Why this happen: other than air force none of the other military components have strict opsec SOP ( look at US military you can't post or you can't use any kind of personal or social media elements while on active contract) , no data loose prevention systems ( even most of the defence companies in India also don't have this option) , no centralized cyber threat analysis and prevention system ( every military components have their on wings but none of them share any data or cooperates each other, only share incident response report when shit hits the fan, )

Ps: there are so many things I left out intentionally because it will be breach of my NDA on private working contract with foreign entity, {($)}

So gentlemen, this, this exact thing is what we need. Every other thing he or we all mentioned become more or less just a gimmick in front of this.

He is using a made up name on a site no one knows...but still he was forced to stop going further into details because he feared he might breach his NDA.
There's no such fear in our government organisations.
