So, how difficult is it to use this in an anti-tank role? If it can be used, how does it compare to other anti-tank missiles? Looks like 30 KM is higher than any anti-tank missile I remember.
No difficulty in AT role.

Compared to ATGMs
Pros : Exponentially longer range, ability to loiter, ~90° top attack capability, lower cost, swarming of multiple UAVs

Cons : Under-powered warhead for ERA equipped tank, slow speed makes vulnerable to APS, vulnerability to EW system

Could they use APFSDS type round once they get closer? That should help against ERA.

First thing first; kudos for thinking this idea. Let's see what are the complications.

APFSDS are heavy. You need a projectile which usually is made up of dense material like tungsten, powder charge and perhaps the heaviest of all; a sufficiently long barrel to accelerate the projectile. But in case of shaped charge you just need plastic explosive and a 2-3mm thick copper or molybdenum cone to achieve the same penetration.

The most effective option to deal with ERA is tandem charge...in terms of ballistic language; heavier charge. The tandem warhead version of RPG-9 call PG-7VR weighs 4.5kg. As it's including rocket motor so the actual warhead may be sometime like 2.5kg. Same goes for other tandem charge warheads like HEAT751 of Carl Gustav; almost 2.5kg.

Bottom line; with 1.5kg warhead it'll devastate everything from IFV to SPH to ballistic missiles...but for MBTs, especially the ones with ERA and APS it might struggle.

Aree bhaiya, yha par sabko top line maal chahiye, no one is ready to compromise for indigenous maal.
And above all its not only about folding wings, developing the software and essential structure in UAV for arrested recovery would be a huge task. Also, I don't think Tapas with its size and low power engine is suitable to even take from STOBAR. Maybe if we had a CATOBAR, but then there too you would need a new design. But yeah, a UAV can be a huge help in terms of anti sub ops and over the horizon targeting.
Here is a Russian AEW UAV concept, I don't know but given the endurance of these UAVs and comparatively low cost, these seems attractive. And yeah this is a 2003 concept, shown at MAKS 2003, an idea far ahead of its time but you know Russia in early 2000s was suffering from economic hardships.
