The Name Garudastra meaning weapon of Eagle God doesn’t look appropriate for torpedo. The name seems more appropriate for something aerial.

Currently, ah64 can carry 16 atgm & having longbow fcr which can track 100 targets in real time.
LCH is a great machine, and better than rudhra on attack roles.

Nope, uttam is for fighter jets, aaau for aew etc and also other aesa rf sensor for ships, sams<under development>, ground stations, missiles etc, and helios may be for next. Dhruv nk3 mr having rf sensor.

HLF42 and DBMRH are totally new projects so it’s still not clear about their specifications, but I doubt an Mi-17 Sized helo will be acquired by Navy, is it a ALH-N or something?

I don't know hlf 42
But dbmrh is famous and we have discussed a lot in previous pages
I think few of them have forgotten its deck based multirole helicopter based on imrh for Indian Navy
Something 40-50 will be procured I think it was written in that report

HLFT-42 is most probably Tejas LIFT. So does this mean Tejas is HF-42 ??

DBMRH is navies version of IMRH...navy will need 100's of helo's of that class in future

Mu guess would be a completely new airframe, more modern and with lower flight cost than the Tejas.
