I think you are expecting too much from our RFP forming guys, they can't even make good RFP reqmt and continue to reissue the reqmts again and again for a decade like they don't really know what they want. Hopefully modi raj m things change ho.

But on other hand dac is clearing many weapons
Even ccs is meeting are not in news
I also have a doubt this ccs meeting is held like in particular schedules or it's pm wish to call any time or held on priority basis
