Good steps in order to stop UN armed forces to change goal posts in middle of weapon/system development as PSQR will be treated as GSQR. These fake requirements were key to kill project even before it's birth.
Victims of this practice:- Arjun, light tank, Riffles, ATAGs, Kalyani group, Rustom 1. Grenade launcher.

Number of trails are also reduced so it will force UN Generals to come out from cozy office and property evaluate system at once. Victims:- Nag, Helina, Astra, Rustom 2, Akash missile.

Contract delay is another malicious practice used by UN Generals.
Victims of this practice:- LCH, LUH, HTT40, Tejas mk1a, Naval ALH, Milap carbine.

generals and govt are not the only ones who delay the process, private players too can raise objections to tender process and delay the outcome. if I recall correctly, Mahindra delayed ASLV procurement process.

What is the difference between Shaurya missile and Brahmos? The former is Hypersonic and the latter is supersonic. If we can build Shaurya without Russian help then why we can't develop from it.

Shaurya is a QBM which is not hypersonic in its whole flight path. It uses a conventional solid rocket motor.

Brahmos is a CM which is supersonic in its whole flight path. It uses a liquid fuel RAMJET engine which is in itself a complex mechanism. We are making same category missile under LFRJ project without Russian help.

Nope. any country which aspires to be an economic power needs to have an unadulterated non-partisan academic research at it's core. it's very important to learn from mistakes, mistakes which do not restart with change in govt.

There are several commission report which indicate staggering deficiency of Armed forces and their actions. Such reports also indicated problem with DRDO and PSUs. Moreover these commission have indicated poor participation of private sector.

All got reformed except one organization that is UN forces.

I firmly believe these commission also give data... May be you don't count them as data.

Second, Malicious actions of UN Generals can't be translate into data..... Lake of data in this regard can save Generals from jail as we call it benefit of doubt but can't save them from executive power of government.
