Saw a lot of naysayers in this thread. Id highly recommend these folks to watch the video. This is a candid talk given by Cdr. David Fravor, the super hornet pilot who along with his WSO and another super hornet sighted these before Chad Underwood was able to get the FLIR lock which we see in the now declassified Pentagon videos.

This dude was CO of VFA-41 when this incident happened, Top Gun grad with 4000 hours.. commanding the frontline squadron of the USS Nimitz itself (Usually the warship that bears the name of the entire class is considered a highly prestigious billet). Id presume he was top dog in the relatively large talent pool of USN Hornet pilots. Even if you discard his testimony there are other accounts of this incident which happened in 04-05 from the radar operators of the accompanying aegis class cruiser - USS Princeton.

This is just one which has grabbed the most attention because of the number of witnesses all corroborating with the same story and they are extremely credible, just listening to this gentleman was such a joy.. so ill take there word over some dude who says "there are no such thing as aliens" without offering as much as a whiff of science or evidence to back it

One thing i have noticed is its human tendency to create fake stories or video, image around popular subjects.. we r seeing it in corona days.. Problem with it is credibility of things which r real gets challenged . If People find one footage or story to be fake they return to their comfort zone and declare whole thing to be hogwash according to their prejudice . Same is seen in case of ufo .. Majority of information is fake .. But there are some incidents which r beyond explanation .. we dnt need 100s of evidence . we need only one.. and in this case there are many unexplained stories .. incident..

The elusive engineer behind several highly unusual patents, filed on behalf of the U.S. Navy, has broken his silence and finally spoken to the media. Salvatore Cezar Pais responded to emails sent by The War Zone, but his answers bring us no closer to how the technology behind the patents, which involve fusion power and other exotic tech, came about.

Dr. Pais, formerly an aerospace engineer with Naval Air Systems Command/ Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division and now at the Navy’s Strategic Systems Programs, recently achieved notoriety with the publication of patents involving compact fusion reactor energy—truly wild stuff that stretches the limits of science—and a “hybrid aerospace-underwater craft.”

They are trying really hard.. EU,india,S korea, russia, china, usa , japan in ITER project have not been successful yet in constructing a stable fusion reactor in a stadium size prototype .. it ll take atleast another one and half decade.. And here they r claiming to have made it not only in a compact manner but also a fancy aircraft based on it.. which can travel without wing propulsion .. But i really hope this news is true as success of fusion ll put a end on oil economy.. world ll nt be same..

This is all theoretical mumbo jumbo. Inventor Salvatore Cezar Pais has not yet produced a working model though he has got it patented so no one else steals the thunder from him by producing something similar. It says very clearly that his technologies could theoretically create a “UFO”-like craft. That may be still years away.

If he has already produced a mini compact fusion reactor that can fit into an aircraft then that would be one of the biggest breakthroughs in science!! Right now, scientists from a dozen countries working 24X7 are trying their damndest to produce the ITER fusion reactor which costs billions of dollars.

The ITER is nearly as big as a football field!

This multi billion dollar International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor, or ITER, is a 30-year-old project to produce a fusion reactor which would probably be ready not before 2030, and this guy comes along with a compact fusion reactor that can fit into an aircraft and make it fly?? Lol! He may still be half a century away from making one!

This post may be contrary to my hope and wish about the UFO phenomenon, but I'll put it out anyway. Someone with know how in aviation, videography made the best use of his quarantine time to analyze the UFO videos and it seems that at least one of them is nothing more than a bird captured from a FLIR at an altitude of 8000 meters. The video is more of a demonstration of the electronics of the fighter to identify small objects from very great heights using its IR signature.

Yes..even Commander Fravor saw birds with his eyes which were underwater and then came above water and zoomed to nowhere in a second.

Maybe would have been his first flight thatswhy could know what birds looked like from a plane.

Some times while making desperate attempts to provide logical explanation people end up making most illogical statements.Good look if anyone believes it were birds.

The Fourth Kind movie is a good thriller on this issue, it uses fake found footage but is quite good.

Actually its quite under rated. It has low IMDB rating. I found it quite scary. Its a great movie infact. People should watch it if they have interest in UFOs and paranormal.

And Fravor was a top gun pilot and a 24-year veteran in the U.S. military, who retired from the U.S. Navy after 18 years as a Navy jet pilot and five deployments in Iraq, beginning with Desert Storm and who commanded an F/A-18 Super Hornet squadron aboard the USS Nimitz, one of the frontline aircraft carriers in the USN.

And this guy saw a bird and thought it was a UFO? Wow! So the US Navy has delusional pilots who are drunk while 'driving' but given Top Gun status reserved for the best of the best! The Chinese must be rubbing their hands with glee seeing what kind of jokers they are up against!! Lol!

Hear Nick Pope an ex UK Defence Ministry official who contends that we need to take this seriously especially since there have been numerous instances of near-misses by airliners with UAPs which could lead to disaster in the air while flying.
