China has not been in a war for 40 years

It just builds and builds to discourage war.

China only has about 7 or 8 ships in the Indian Ocean for pirate patrol at any given time.

China does not use the PLAN in the Indian Ocean to protect those trade routes. We leave that up to the US Navy to make sure India or anyone else does not disrupt them

So the PLAN buildup has nothing to do with India. China must build to keep the seas around China safe from white people. India is free to build up as much as it wants at sea. You already have the entire Indian Navy against a handful of Chinese ships (half of them are supply) so have fun and build more!

US, Aus and even Russians are telling ~45 confirmed Chinese soldiers died. Such a INSULT to be in PLA where their dead is not even recognized!!!
