The Talha on the picture seems to be very similar, but there are still some differences. 6 vs 5 roadwheels, another small plate between glacis and lower front hull, different vision blocks for the crew...

М-474
I think this is an American prototype APC with designation M44 (T16). This APC is a development of the M18 Tank Destroyer but was deemed too heavy and too large for APC service. The M75 was later on developed.

M44 (T16)

Quite good pdf. from OBRUM Gliwice (Ośrodek Badawczo - Rozwojowy Urządzeń Mechanicznych)

About turrets for IVF - this pdf (here: http://www.obrum.gliwice.pl/UserFiles/SPG_01_Stachura_Holota.pdf) compare two types Remotely Operated Turret System:

1)
Whit "open" structure:
RCWS-30 RAFAEL, Izrael;
· UT-30 ELBIT, Izrael;
· HITFIST-OWS – OTO MELARA, WÅ‚ochy.

And whit "close" structure:
· LANCE – RHEINMETALL DEFENCE, Niemcy;
· PROTECTOR MCRWS – KONGSBERG, Norwegia;
· WIEŻA HITFIST-30P (załogowa), spolonizowana.

Summary: Remotely Operated Turret System base on "open" structure sucks - they have serious problem, so future Remotely Operated Turret System for polish Rosomak-2 AMV and IVF must be in developed in "close" structure

Re: Ukraine invites India to modernize T-90S Tanks

Any idea what are Ukrainian army plans? Also their export market?
Well, I think that currently for their own domestic use, they are focusing on creating family of unified platforms based on T-64 series, with vehicles like BMPT-K-64, BMPV-64 or BMPT-64, and with modernized T-64 tanks like T-64BM "Bulat" and T-64E.

There are of course plans to shift towards family of unified platforms based on T-80UD/T-84 series, probably mostly focused for exports due to their higher price.

Here is a photo from Malyshev factory (it is placed in the same factory complex with KMDB design bureau), it shows a T-80UD/T-84 based heavy universal tracked platform, that can be used for heavy IFV, APC etc.

Power installation are doing and to Cairo.
"Now a research party of three machines tested. Now there (in Cairo, Egypt – ed.) our team is now undergoing trials. Ran back already 500 miles away, now pass more water testing, as well as floating machine. After this contract appears in the serial stage. Will supply 200 power plants. In the long term, and that these tests, we expect the signing of a new contract for 600 power plants of the same plan, "said Belov.

Interesting. 7 wheels. In your opinion do you think they can finish it and find a market internally or for export?

For countries following the Soviet type doctrine, is there a need for such heavy IFVs? I know the GCV program is there, but the countries involved are richer and follow a different doctrine. Even Indian IFV programs are looking at 20-30 ton vehicles.

It is like KMDB is creating a mix and match with different platforms for different customers and will latch on to the first customer that bites. Pakistan seems to be one, especially with their heavy requirement for tanks. So, I won't be surprised if we slowly start seeing Ukrainian technologies in Pak armour, if not already being done. This would also directly interfere with Indian Army's plans as will it affect Pak Army.

Still it would be interesting to see who will buy such heavy IFVs...

Who knows the future, but I as a Pole have a very deep sympathy for Ukrainians (even if I do not show it most times), so I wish them luck with their products.

Recent coflicts proved that lightly armored IFV's are problematic, they can't efficently support tanks, neither are safe for infantry they are carring, so there is shift from lighter, mostly amphibious IFV's to the heavier, more survivable ones, but without amphibious capabilities.

So IMHO more and more countries will choose two approaches, or complete withdrawal from old soviet philosophy of IFV, or use of both lighter and heavier ones (perhaps modular designs?).

It is like KMDB is creating a mix and match with different platforms for different customers and will latch on to the first customer that bites. It is actually very smart move from the Ukrainians side, to make a wide proposal for many customers.

Platforms on a base Т- 64 exported will not be. They exceptionally created for the Ukrainian army. But similar platforms can be done on a base Т- 55 and Т- 72 and new Т- 80(84,90) These platforms can be used as heavy IFV self-propelled guns -152 (155) mm MLRS and air DEFENCE. Structurally they will enter in the complement of tank brigades ( replacing the lungs of BMP-1 (2). Complexes air DEFENCE and havy IFV, can operate in one line-up with tanks. Now, when tanks of rebuilt from a platoon colon in a chain they "lost" for the facilities of air DEFENCE, which remain behind.
