But can carry a new missileBut it cant carry a brahmos ig .
ng one ?But can carry a new missile
Start reading more than typing and us search feature ,u will get answersrollout and first flight kab hai ?
I am proposing for a new missile development ground up specifically for the roleng one ?
Can amca carry brahmos internally?I am proposing for a new missile development ground up specifically for the role
NoCan amca carry brahmos internally?
I know its a foolish question, but fir bhi can it do that?
Taxi trials of a scaled down testbed SWiFT are underway and that of a full scale prototype is expected in 2024–25. The first fight is expected to occur by 2025–26.rollout and first flight kab hai ?
No, AMCA can't carry Brahmos internally with current specification. Can amca carry brahmos internally?
I know its a foolish question, but fir bhi can it do that?
Then amca will light up the enemy radar like a firecracker
I think it is too big. So a new standoff supersonic missile is required. But I think we have the fundamentals down to take on such a project. Can amca carry brahmos internally?

don't know about Brahmos-NG, but Ghatak may carry Air Launched Nirbhay....But it cant carry a brahmos ig .
I think NASM-SR or TARA might be incorporated with AMCA.How about we develop a stealth missile from ground up which glide for few kms then ignite motors and travel few hundred kms to reach target ,ki d of like SAAW concept but missile should be extremely stealthy
Tell more about TARAI think NASM-SR or TARA might be incorporated with AMCA.
Tell more about TARA
Viable integration of Brahmos (various iterations), with all the available platforms should be done, for tactical flexibilty, if nothing else. Wars throw up interesting/forced scenarios.ALCM will be tracked all the way. We need something that hits them deep without them getting to know where it came from. Brahmos NG + AMCA is the answer.
Ghatak is readyrollout and first flight kab hai ?
I can't find the dimensions of AMCA's IWB anywhere, other than it will be unusually large. I suppose a 6m Brahmos NG can fit inside?AMCA will also light up in enemy radar if it carries Brahmos.
Lethal and precise, the BrahMos NG is smaller in size and weight as compared to the original missile. It weighs 1.6 tonnes and is 6 metres long; the earlier version weighed 3 tonnes and was 9 metres long. The missile has a range of 290 km and a speed of up to 3.5 Mach. BrahMos NG has a lesser radar cross section (RCS) compared to the earlier missile, which would make it tougher for air defence systems to locate and engage the target. The new missile will also have an indigenously developed and manufactured seeker. While the earlier missile, BrahMos PJ-10 has mechanically scanned radar, the BrahMos NG will have an AESA radar.
The original range of this missile was 290 km due to limitations of the Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR). It was after India became a part of the MTCR group, did the range extend to 450 km and can be further extended by 600 km.
BrahMos NG is a multi-platform, multi-target and light-weight weapon system, making it perfect for the battlefield. The reduction in size has happened after mechanical components in the missile were replaced with electrical components.
It seems that the AMCA will also have an unusually large internal weapons bay that will have the capacity to accommodate around three tons worth of weapons.
Not happening in NG, which is just a size optimization (9m to 6m) of Brahmos-I with the same speed and range by replacing mechanical components with electrical, but we go hypersonic in Brahmos-II.I wish they increase the terminal speed to near hypersonic in brahmos ng
It will, however, have the same speed, range and lethality of the first generation Brahmos which flies at three times the speed of sound.

Brahmos NG- Upto Mach 3.5A hypersonic version of the missile, BrahMos II, is also under development that would be able to hit speeds of over Mach 5
Transonic?? That's from Mach 1- to Mach 1+ ie going from sub sonic to super sonic. Brahmos already does much better at Mach 3 throughout its flight.when it gets near to the target accelerate to near the transonic speed threshold
Easy to upgrade/modify and easy to maintain/ don't need high tech hangers etc. For usaf. heavy ordnance carried by b3,b52,c130.[future]One of the reason why their is a renewed interest in 4th generations fighters in AF all round the world is its ability to economically carry large amount of heavy stand-off weapons.
IAF on any day will prefer to carry 3 Brahmos on MKI rather than on AMCA.
