Even Turkey and S.Korea have shown their 5th gen fighter mockups.

Turkish mockup came from Germany,the aircraft is extremely large(larger than the j20) and the engine class is of AL31F(120kN),with that they are planning for supercruise and super maneuverability which suggest how messed up their requirement and planning is....Korean mockup was for a 4+ gen aircraft and it will be a match of Rafale and eft on paper however,it's range and maneuverability should be lesser than the above two aircraft...

Turkish 5th gen is immature joke. Turkey never build a fourth gen jet. Has no experience of designing fighter jet FCS or aesa radar or anything else really barring a few subsonic cheap drones.
Even for f35 they only built part designed by LM.

Also turkey doesn't have budget for a proper 5th gen bird which will run into 10s of billions for a mature functional 5th gen jet.

South Korea is far more credible. And that's why they are only going for a 4.5 gen KFx for now which is within their reach. And will move onto proper 5th gen only when they succeed with KFx mark 1.

Also despite being almost double the economy of Turks South Korea is still seeking partnership with Indonesia for KFx program as it will run into 10s of billions too. ( Already projected at 6 billion + in r&d , prototyping)

This also shows how delusional Turks are if they think their tiny economy could build a 5th gen jet without a major financial partner.

Even France and Germany are not going alone for 5th-6th gen programs.

India can afford AMCA as it's already 12 trillions economy ( 6 times that of turkey on ppp). (4times that of France )( half of USA).

And we are moving to amca when lca is in service mk1a is getting ready and mwf design is complete .

Our aesa radar is already flight testing on fighter jet.
Our mission computer already working on su30mki , lca Tejas . Our FCS is being refined through lca and mwf.

Whole suite of internal components is ready from multiple ew suite ( uews testing on lca lsp and d29 working on mig29 upg). Irst and dual color maws ( ready for su30mki) . Digital rwr ready. Multiple ew pods getting ready including HBJ and Siva pod . Cockpit for AMCA ready as mwf cockpit.

All mwf internal can directly go into AMCA mk1 if more advanced components are delayed .

Lca already has more composite than either f35 or su57 or j20. AMCA will be further ahead with that level of expertise. Serpantime intake is ready. Geometric shaping is modelled. Engine for amca prototype is already selected (f414).

AMCA is the most mature program path of all touted projects like tfx KFx .

Although Japanese can spring up a surprise if their x9 engine works.
