Don't worry, Govt, Police, CMs, DMs are busy in catching illegal liquor , checking records if any shop made sale to cancel its license and snooping around houses if anyone is making it at home. That's first priority in stopping coronavirus.

Can't help but have a bad feeling about this. India creeping up the worldometers chart slowly but steadily, 1000s of cutlets all set to throw law to the winds soon, and daily jumps showing no signs of abating a month into lockdown. And conditions not looking so rosy for the salaried class, especially the manufacturing and blue collar segments. Richer countries will find ways, but god help us if the First World reality lands on our shores..

The issues is major manufacturing hubs of india : Mumbai, Pune , Chennai,Coimbatore, Gurgaon, Noida, Bangalore and Hyderaad are under lockdown along these few cities make the chunk of the manufacturing output so any amount of restart outside this area won't have any big impact on our recovery .

On the bright side, looks like manufacturing has started in majority of states this week.

yup,nice catch. Industrialists might have given a warning to media not to focus on manufacturing plants, else loose their ad revenue.

on MNREGA I have seen some govt sponsored positive spin about maintaining social distancing while doing rural works. Same thing with agriculture.

People here (including me) call about reforms, law and order, nudge, disruptions and discipline but it seems these all are punishments for Hindus.
Gandhi, Ambedkar, Patel even Nehru knew the traits of this breed but still kept them in India.
Since Hindu Pakistan theory has been killed seeing how Hindus has responded to this Pandamic.
Hindus must now decide the future of this nation with or without muslims.
The majority must take the control and use resources to incentivise ghar wapsi and designe heavy handed instruments to make it fool proof.

Many states are considering opening of districts partially if its not hit fully by the virus. Except for MH and DL they will still consider the option of locking full district.

Probably that’s the reason for focus on hotspots for last couple of weeks, when we say a city is infected, it means a few street or few areas
