i hope DFI will not go the BR way.....where a few oldies post what ever BS they want to post. one gentleman surgeon posts right from golf balls to aerodynamics in his own style. God only knows whether he is right or wrong....newcomers get brutally harassed there.

Exactly, its worse than collage ragging, i was a member for 10years since 2000 and they ban me without second thought. Its not just new comers, some times they do have valuable points and also teach the new comers some modesty and self criticism when it comes to mindless criticism towards DRDO etc., Some people join in only to criticize stuff without knowing the highly complex nature of these technologies under development, such people deserve a wallop to make their lazy a$$ read more about the stuff before opening their mouth.

Either way BR is a brutal place and i know who your talking about, Mr.S is not even a surgeon he is an dentist who plays golf and spends most of his time on BR. He probably hates his job so much that he tries to distract himself from it as much as possible. His hate towards his own life shows in his rude and condescending attitude towards others.

i love dfi as they informed me the latedt developments in the field of diffence of my motherland what i dislike most when the pakistani and chineese forum use disgracefull languages againt us and our dfi moderators warn us with the use of mild slangs agaist them.and those two contrys members thought thatt it is our weakness,do we really nead it,its adefence forum ,not a friend ship one and many unnecessary posts r written which have no relation with defence .

Gud forum, but some people getting personal and doing personal attacks and supporting their own political party and sometimes not being neutral with religions is the problem.
Otherwise all the members are gud and supportive. I have no persona grudge with anyone in DFI. Very nice to see the MODS working hard to keep the forum going.....:thumb:

Yes, agree, but the topics should stress defense issues for India, particularly system developments, training, external and internal threats. A favorite subject of mine is CBRN training and equipment.
