There are other problems too.
Do not want to brag but I think this might address those problems you might be talking about. https://qr.ae/pNwQUh

Also I have just finished an article of information regarding the air to air and air to ground missiles the Su-57 would use and how its missile technology currently is in a broader detail than my last article. https://qr.ae/pN9TX0 I am welcome for any kind of criticism.

All said and done we don't yet know about the quality of the item 30 engines. Russian engines aren't exactly reliable.

I am for any country developing their own 5th gen aircrafts be it India or Turkey, hell even 6th gen technology pursuit is not that bad either. I just do not want other countries to get to tempted in buying too much 5th gens from other countries but having enough expenses to deal with their own programs. If India did reconsider purchasing the Su-57 version with new engines, missiles and avionics if available for export I still want them to have enough funding to pursue the HAL AMCA.

This is the entire Device S. It's from the Sukhoi patent. The real structure may differ in some details from this.

The actual screenshot . This was taken at Akhtubinsk. The actual leading edge/ first structure in Device S differs from the fig 1 in the above patent.

will prolly affect performance at high power demand.
Nope.

That's why Sukhoi didn't proceed with a pronounced s shaped air intake. There is huge distortion of airflow and poor pressure recovery.

Sukhoi has had good experience with those s shaped intakes in Berkut .

When you want your aircraft to cruise at Mach 1 or less with a top speed of Mach 1.6, s shaped intakes with DL intakes are good. But when you have a top speed of Mach 2.2 and a cruise speed of Mach 1.4, you need some heavy duty intakes with ramps and stuff.

A lot engineering has gone into these air intakes. It's as complicated as the ones on the SR-71 Blackbird . They even took help of supercomputers to fine-tune the inlet geometry .

For the Russians, kinematics and raw agility , maneuverability is more important than complexity, maintainence issues and LO. And Su-57 is VLO from the frontal aspect . The inlet tunnel acts like a RAS unlike the ram coated applique layers in the Raptor intakes . Besides that, there is additional ram treatments .

The aluminium alloys used in the airframe, bulkheads and other load bearing parts are impregnated with CNT . Same is the case for the composites used for most of the wet surface.
