It is a multi-role radar optimized for GTG role (note the wide antennae aperture).
Range - 200km AA (1m2) / 120km AA (1m2) for export Sh141E
Tracks - 10 targets at once (AA) + 4 (AG) / attacks 4 + 2

It is rumored that there will be a new weapns mentioned for PAK FA.
Their trails and tests will begin at Akhtubinsk AFWTC (Air Force Weapons and Tactics Center) during autumn 2013.
It is possible that they will test PAK FA weapons on Su-34 before actually PAK FA weapons tests.

What deflectors are you talking about?
Su-34 has generic Lavale nozzles, no deflectors at all.

Ah! No, those are just gas deflectors to protect backward airfield areas during engine tests :p
