Does anyone know exact numbers alpha is saying 24 but Wolfpack is saying 1000's who is correct.Guys please keep the thread to small arms only. No personal attacks.
1200 follow on, 24 initially for 3 Para, maybe for the non-upgraded ones who didn’t got FAB ones.Does anyone know exact numbers alpha is saying 24 but Wolfpack is saying 1000's who is correct.
Or Alpha defence is saying 24 modifications.
Finally SSS Defence got a major Indian Army contract (involves the upgrade of 1000s of AK series rifles)
So for follow on there will be a separate tender or this is final? Cause if new tender is released someone else can win that.1200 follow on, 24 initially for 3 Para, maybe for the non-upgraded ones who didn’t got FAB ones.
Honestly I wonder where tf is uniformity or standardisation?
Follow on order doesn’t require a tender afaikSo for follow on there will be a separate tender or this is final? Cause if new tender is released someone else can win that.

Yes you’re right, I was also thinking the same.So as I said earlier @Marliii
This time the stock is from ATI. This specific model is their "Strikeforce".
The pistol grip is also from ATI
I'm damn sure the handguard and rail system is also not theirs.Yes you’re right, I was also thinking the same.

Now lemme propose another theory. Is their any possibility that SSS may have imported the kits and reverse engineered them?
Or may be now that they have secured the contract the imported kits will be manufactured in their in-house facility rather than importing off-the shelf!?
That would be very depressing, given the media hype they created for the last 2 years promoting themselves as the torch bearers of #atmanirbhar Bharat. Now lemme propose another theory.
Spoiler alert, it's bit anticlimactic.
They have most probably entered the competition as suppliers; not manufacturers.
Exactly what Star Aerospace Industries does with FAB Defence manufactured parts.
Ask him the main question, where’s the AR-15 they’re working on.

He’s right I take my words and frustration back, business should be sustainable and feasible.View attachment 116921
Asked and something else he had to say
Don’t know if you’re being sarcastic, but I’m just happy he’s actually replied and admitted that they use imported accessories for now, not many people would admit that let alone reply to such a question. Most people would have ignored or outright blocked me. Seems like a decent guy, replies back soon most of the time. This guy is an honorable man.
