Tumbling at 15 feet. I dont know what is causing this, not enough barrel length, bad QC on Ammo, bad barrels - could be anything.
I believe they're just using older generation ammo for this sort of drills and stuff, why not after all tonnes of cache of such ammo available to fire

for actual accuracy tests on range and stuffs like that they might be using newer '191' ammo etc,

there was also a snippet from these vdos where guys were charging their rifles BEFORE opening fire on target AFTER infiltrating those rooms etc, and as usual american civilian shooters et al were making fun of them for that - this makes me believe they are early level combatants who are learning basics of CQB and hence keeping their firearms unloaded unless needed etc; likewise using old cache of ammo and so;

the rubber training rounds for this indoor Scenario... the normal steel core rounds are easy to ricochet against the Concrete Wall..

the 'old' 5.8mm rubber bullet for QBZ95 rifle and LMG.
