There are some but sadly not much scale-like thing to compare it with anything, not even reynolds ka pen,
most likely some videos by Sandeep Unnithan had one being shown in his hands etc
then Trishul-Trident etc had posted some pics off those OFB pampflets on Amogh-JVPC etc

North Korean type 73 mg is an interesting weapon. Lot of features from PK and that dual feed from vz 52 mg. So it can feed from 7.62x54mm Belt as well as a 30rd mag. I do have serious concerns about how the troops could aim the gun w/ mag as it doesn't seem to have iron sights that are offset. It could fire rifle grenades too. All in one area suppression weapon and probably a fun gun to use during executions 🤣🤣🤣

It seems to have both rear and front sights. Dont think they would design a gun with top to down magazine feed with obstruction in aligning views on both rear and front singht.

Nice documentary on OFTrichy. It has some close-up shots of TAR series of rifles.

Cannot understand the language, but I beleive at around 14:30 the OFT representative admits that TAR is a reverse enginered copy of Bulgarian AK.
Language is definitely Tamil,
"vanakkam"..."Tupaki" = gun...
@captscooby81 @Krusty @Razor etc are some tamils here from my era, not sure about any newcomer tamils here

Yes it's tamil. Video taken during a recent exhibition in trichy. He admitted it is reverse engineered from AK family of rifles(Bulgarian AK), with some changes done by them without ARDE support(hence the name TAR) & in terms of produce quality, used materials they have improved over Bulgarian AK.

Did he Say NSG there? If yes then the Trichy Carbine NSG got could be similar to this
No, he said Trica specifically designed for CISF as they wanted it at 15:30. CRPF is the main customer for Trichy Assault Rifle(TAR) totally 35000 units been manufactured and sold. But he did talked about OFT offering Trichy Assault Rifle (TAR) with accessories added to NSG & Commando Units after 18:30.
