Lend lease act expired post WW2, with the Ukraine lend lease act also expiring before being utlilised.

And you left out something important. The Russians have started using glide bombs with heavy ordnance. They found that to be better and more cost effective. And you still can't stop those. And as for your comment regarding the power of Russian military industry, . Russia was able to outproduce US and European by a factor of 2 times or more when it came to production of shells, missiles, ATGMs, and armored vehicles such as BMP and tanks.

I don't think 200 tanks/IFV is hard for Russia to produce a month, but keep on underestimating the Russians. Underestimating your enemy is one of the smartest wisest things you can do.
