I don't get this at all. Any factory of note will be bombed instantly by Russia (maybe they will let them build and then bomb for maximum loss), so what's the point? Unless by 'production' they mean assemble a few guns in basements.

And the German plan of building tank plant in Ukraine is even more baffling cause that has to be a big plant and operation.

Or the other, more likely, scenario is that these are nothing but empty promises and nothing other than chai-biscuit sessions will ever come out of this.

SMER has to form a coalition government, which is still doubtful. PS and HLAS (which is an offshoot of SMER and pro-Ukraine/EU) are eyeing to form a government together. So Slovakia may yet remain under US's thumb.
