Arrey thats from the Geminid Meteor Shower happening since yesterday. One meteorite must have burnt up in earth atmosphere going along the horizon.

This seems like classic meteorite behaviour with luminoscent dust clouds

But how did it reach north east if it was launched from Orissa. Ballistic missile has fixed target they can't change directions like cruise missile

Dude you just believed that stupid trajectory map.? The missile took the NOTAM route. Straight to the IOR from Balasore. One doesn't fly mijjiles like that over civilian airspace without advanced NOTAMs. And Ballistic missiles like Agni don't deviate like that
