Another interesting fact is, it is 105 km away from Abdul Kalam Island.

My Bad. The start point of NOTAM is from Abdul Kalam Island with a range of 5300 km. So its a SSM launch in all probability or a ground launch of SLBM. But I'd put my money in Agni here.

Arrey thats from the Geminid Meteor Shower happening since yesterday. One meteorite must have burnt up in earth atmosphere going along the horizon.

This seems like classic meteorite behaviour with luminoscent dust clouds
