Chances of war have become high as America has started threatening North Korea. China will try to avoid the war between North Korea and USA by attacking India.

Indian army must prepare to humiliate PLA and ambush them on multiple fronts.

China will watch USA more than watching India. Any USA posturing that suggest imminent attack on North Korea will result in PLA attacking India.

If USA thinks he should side with India then they must go ahead to attack NK.

I hope GoI and white house are coordinating and has people who have read Chinese History and understand their traits. So far Chinese have been lucky or able to deceive Russians and Americans. GoI must exercise diplomatic efforts to decrypt Chinese bluff.
if china stages a stance against India by starting a war..Americans know how very well to exploit and escalate it on the eastern flank of china..strarting through NoKo. Americans are not gonna wait, if china is attacking India or any other nation.Actually it gives them a good stage to intervene in Asia with weapons and machines.
Well!! Any turbulence happening at the eastern economic hub of china is very very bad for the chinese "peaceful rise" :pound:

The salami china sliced with their salami slicing strategy will be grabbed by the rightful nation right onto their plate.
All the chinese posturing in the SCS are bluffs and Every other battle hardened Nations know it. They are watching keenly and enjoying the chinese clowns do the chest thumping.

Copy pasting one chinese guy's reply

"We are willing to die for the sovereignty and Territorial integrity of the motherland. Period.
We also need a training ground for the military.
Literally hundreds of corrupted high ranking military officers has been arrested in the past few years, the government and my party (the Chinese communist party)needs to prove to the people, if this army, led by and loyal to my party, can still fight! I can hear the Chinese people are shouting: SHOW IT!"

Villagers Moved Out of Village Near Doklam, Officials Say No Evacuation
Nathang village is 35 km from the Doklam India-Bhutan-China tri-junction, the site of the two-month old standoff between Indian and Chinese troops.

New Delhi: Villagers are moving out from a place close to Doklam, though officials in both the government and the Army denied there is any evacuation.

According to sources, a few hundred villagers living in Nathang village have been asked to vacate their houses immediately. Nathang is 35 km from the site of the two-month old standoff between Indian and Chinese troops.

It was not immediately clear if an order has been issued to accommodate thousands of soldiers of the 33 Corp, who are reportedly moving from Sukna towards Doklam, or whether it was a precautionary measure to avoid civilian casualties in case of a skirmish.

A senior army officer said that neither any village has been evacuated nor proposed to be evacuated in Sikkim. Villagers of Nathang, a small village with just a few hundred inhabitants, whom News18 spoke to, though confirmed witnessing heavy troop movement in the area of late.

According to some reports, the Indian Army has called the troop movement in the area a regular maintenance move. The reports went on to quote army sources as saying that the military is in a 'no war, no peace' mode.

This, in military parlance, means being in a confrontational position with the enemy.

The state-controlled Chinese media has in the last few weeks been beating war drums quite incessantly. In a recent editorial published in China Daily, India was warned that “the countdown to a clash between the two forces has begun”.

The editorial, titled New Delhi should come to its senses while it has time, went on to state that the window to peacefully resolve the standoff in Doklam was closing as the row enters its seventh week.

“The countdown to a clash between the two forces has begun, and the clock is ticking away the time to what seems to be an inevitable conclusion.”

This is just one of the several vitriolic articles that have appeared in Chinese news agency Xinhua and their newspaper Global Times, in recent past.

The face-off between Indian and Chinese troops though is two months old now.

It started in mid-June in Doklam tri-junction when Indian troops stopped the Chinese army from building a road in the disputed area. China building a road on that site, India feared, would allow Chinese troops to cut India’s access to its northeastern states.

As per China's claims, it was constructing the road within its own territory.

Since the standoff, India has constantly batted for a dialogue but China has demanded immediate and unconditional withdrawal of Indian troops before a dialogue or peace process is initiated.

@Kunal Biswas can confirm.

Doklam: China speaks in two tongues, ups war cry in media but agrees to retreat 100 m on ground

Breaking: Hail Indian Army!! Great News Coming from Dokalam. China has Decided to...

According to Fresh reports coming from Dokalam, China has finally agreed topull back its troops 100 metres from the standoff point. This is the most important event in the entire Dokalam Stand off Issue that for first time in last 2 months, China is adopting a Soft Stand in Sikkim against Indian Army. The Indian side is said to be insisting that China should move back its troops 250 metre from the standoff point at Doklam before Indian troops withdraw.

Chinese side, on the hand, has said that pulling back 100 metre should be fine and Indian soldiers should go back to their previous position. These reports indicate that both India and China are working for an honourable exit from the Doklam standoff.

To me all indications seem to be that both sides are trying to resolve the crisis and are basically haggling over how far back the Chinese will move. Note that the villagers moved out on their own probably scared of troop deployments. The Army has denied evacuating them.

But is that a true news?

Even in that case we should withdraw only to the extent the Chinese are ready to withdraw.

Not an inch more. They need to realise , it's not easy negotiating with Idians.

That is exactly the point. It depends on USA if she will go ahead and continue with its plan to attack NoKo after China tries to create diversions and deceptions by attacking India.

I bet Chinese will increase nuclear rants on their media and elsewhere for Americans to start putting their efforts to mediate and deescalate than focusing on NoKo.

if they moved and villagers out of doklam area is is a ploy and a trick ......... myy guess is that they will not attack around doklam area where india is strong but rahtrer they will push at other areas where india might be less strong

we should therefore move into tibetan territory around doklam area and hand over that territory to tibetan people to populate give them arms plus indian army protection just as we have given to bhutan

move large numbers of tibetans from dharamsala area to the newly aquired areas captured fro china occupied tibet into those areas .....tell them it belongs to them but indian army will be there to protect them and also give them training to defend their recaptured lands

in fact even now we should offer tibetans the opportunity to fight their eternal enemy ..... are we doing that ?
