lol Every one who want so sell, claims some thing, and people consider these claims to buy their product
claims and reality is two different things
it is not good to start a war for one simple reason, for you case RCS claim of f22, and you start writing nonsense, and behaving like a idiot
Two things to understand in this case
1. It does matter what actual f22 rcs is, only thing what we know, its having lest rcs among all jets
2. Russia over exaggerating su35 capability, both china and Egypt excursive proves this
In simple, F22 can easily shot down su35 without showing itself, same theory is applicable to AMCA, and LCA mk2 gain first see, first shoot against mki,
Bottom line, you act like dumb and don't need reality or common sense to support a over exaggerating clam to counter an exaggerating clam
FYI- all these unrelated comments start when one bring Ukraine war into lca thread
F22 is only use by USAF, only way F22 can prove its self by shooting down similar aircraft, ie J20, a war with US and China can easily escalate into a major conflict or even a third world war. Its is better to sallow a lie than asking for a WW3, its not about IQ or proof, but wisdom
This is how things looks - USA mastered sheath tech and developed 6+ stealth aircraft. only other country able to develop stealth fighter jet is china, if US says F22 having RCS value less than .0001m2, its better to support it unless you have a valued proof that they are lying, like China, and they claim they detected F22
THE QUESTION IS DO YOU HAVE ANY VALIED PROOF THAT USA LYING ABOUT F22 RCS ??
sure, its so invisible that they decided to not manufacture it anymore and it can fight its wars sitting in their garages. Scamsters run a new scam and that is another f35 so stealthy that trillions just evaporate at the rate faster than the printing machines run. I think my last response.

They didn't manufacture it because it was so expensive for them at the time and nothing to rival it then or in any foreseeable future.
F-35 program is too complex to be dismissed like that honestly it's 3 planes designed as 1 with 3 very different roles.
Anyhow the 0.0001 or 0.001 m² whatever the rcs was is the rcs from certain angles not the average.
In the same way you can say su30 mkis have a rcs of 5m².
Also detection at 400 km seems like a stretch honestly if yes why does USAF needs AWACs upon their Carriers they have f35 with APG 83 better than APG 81v1 and that too is about to be replaced with better ones with how hive minded it is there is no need for AWACs.
Also Saar @johnj despite the IR treatment the IR stealth is easier to beat at distances of about less than 100km compared to radar stealth.
And even if 400 km is the detection range somehow its truly hard to fathom even if it gets a lock at similar aircrafts at 300 Km USAF only needs to get a missiles with a decent kill prob at that range for a fighter sized aircraft to be fired by f22 and they can bitchslap all the AF in the world with their alien tech.
Also agree the mkis don't stand a chance against f22 nor the rafale Or the su/f 35s there is a reasons the red teams are provided handicap against f22s in bvr matches against allies.

Expensive? Its a shit show with F35, F22 pales in comparison and possibly better managed too.....same with Zumwalt, lcv, their nuke forces have not seen modernization in decades, no new subs on horizon...aircraft carriers are sitting ducks given missile proliferation against peers.....you can justify all you want...US MIC is a gone case adapted to fight profit wars at the expense of their citizens.....f-14,15,16,18 are successful, same with burkes and other ones but those days were under different times. F-22 will not be anymore successful against a peer than a rafale depending on combat scenarios and situations....these were meant for fighting 2nd and third world at best. No wonder they don't even deploy these against peers. Even F-35's see more time on ground than air on avg.

Here is the bottom line, in military especially if you are claiming wonder weapons then you need to show some real world data or hold your claims till that point comes....its been 15 years since it entered service and possibly it may retire without ever seeing any combat as they rarely deploy 22 outside conos. You have to remember Russian's shotdown U2 and tagged SR too....they are fully capable across the spectrum. Don't make me laugh about the claims that it will wipe out airforces....you think every other power is stupid or what?

My issue is not with the 22 or 35, its about claims that are not validated in real world, that is like intel or microsoft or apple claiming double the performance from last model but that statement comes with lot of print....sometimes you would have to rewrite to take advantage of new instruction set and so on....making blanket statements without any real world data is just a claim. Do not get me started about these excercises and war games.....we are seeing NATO action in Ukraine and if you were to believe in their excercise based claims, they would have been in Moscow already.....same with our army kicking the Porkis ass that fielded better equipment than us as per their claims but still got their ass kicked.

You are wasting your time, there is no pint of reasoning with him
What you are saying is true, but the question is how good the IRST sensor is.
Is true both Su35 and Su mki having don't stand a chance against f22, but rafale case is different, Rafale passive sensors is capable of targeting F22, Rafale F4 increases its anti stealth capability 2X or more
As I said before LCA can handle all paf current jets, mk2 can handle JF31
Biggest issue with IR signature is, fighter jet having low IR signature in front and higher in rear, F22 designers taken special attention to reduce IR signature[ccm], & visual signature[dog fight], rafale OSF works in both IR & visual spectrum
Su30mki RCS is very high, never coming down below 8m2, Su35 is about 3m2 LCA tejas rcs is about 1m2, compared to .5m2 of rafale or less
USN don't have F35 with apg83. AWACS and AEW&C have specialized crew, the main job of E2 is to spot incoming sea skimming, low flying objects, may be in future drone with powerful sensors/data links replace E2

Please spare this thread from your dumbfuckery. According to what study or research you are claiming ???

All your tall claims has been tested in Syria. There were countless occasions where American jets encountered Russian jets and vice Versa.

Russian base has been unsuccessful attacked by all means in Syria by NATO. Don't bring your brochure/ Wikipedia knowledge again and again. Your unfounded claims look good for advertisement but not enough for real war.

Two Syrian jets shot down near Turkish border, pilots survive
Up close with a US super carrier and the pilots fresh from combat operations

and may more
Only god knows how many Russian and Syrian jets destroyed by Israel and Rebels
Russia or Syrian jets unable to shoot down any NATO fighter jets, just some drones, Syrian war already proven NATO 4th gen is superior to all Russian old and brand new fighter jets
No wonder why IAF selected EFT and rafale over mig35, and terminated FGFA JV and MTA deal. Also rejected Russian Super Sukhoi and other upgrade from Russia. Egypt cancelled their su35 order.
In Ukraine war, Russia lost more aircraft than US in 2003 war

yes let's compare Ukraine who has a considerable MIC legacy from USSR and on top of that being funded by 50 countries as compared to sanctioned starved iraq in 2003.
You are a genius Sir.

Again same rhetoric with Zero information. Now you added countless Russian jets shot down by NATO in Syria !! Are you a bot??

Su22 is very old aircraft shooting down it means nothing. Only Turkey shot 1 Russian Su 24 . Stop lying bro .. get some chill.

Military deal happen under influence, nobody buy weapons 100% based on technolgical superiority.

India also rejected possibility of buying F-35 so according to your logic F-35 is also a dud.

Time of Hava-Bazi of Western weapons long gone. Now either show on ground or stop hyping them unnecessarily.

For your information Russia has managed to establish unilateral no fly zone in Syria.

sry..but i cant buy this argument "su 30 mki can only spot f22 less than 20 km"....su 30 mki radar is quite powerful, if not jammed. even than su 30 mki hv infrared sensor. so su 30 mki can definitely spot f22, far more range than 20 km.
su 30 mki radar is quite powerful - yes it is, but Uttam is more powerful, and F22 having second most powerful FCR, with advanced LPI mode
No jamming, F22 can't jam mki radar
Su30mki IRST, its uses 80s tech, even su35 struggle to spot rafale for bvr firing
su 30 mki can definitely spot f22, far more range than 20 km -nope, only from rear/under strict conditions . 70km max
Both mki and 35 uses post cold war era tech, even struggle to beat rafale.
Russian electronics sucks, that why MKI use DRDO tech for major upgrade in future, current mission computer, RWR etc of mki are Indian
May be DRDO RWR can detect & intercept F22 radio waves
I wrote these considering Chinese and Egypt experience with Su35, from internet

Well regarding this, the litening pod is not of any practical use, because the it will be slaved to the FCR to actually maintain lock on anything itself. Which means it depends on the radar first to see the aircraft, and we all know that is easier said than done

I have a question
Can we export NG CCM to Argentina as it's just a license version of British ASRAAM.
Cause if we can't why aren't we working on an indigenous WVR missile.
