This guy has uploaded the video you can clearly see in first video Tejas lost power..
It was descending slowly.. pilot should have tried to crash it somewhere else.
Is there any civil casualty?

Crashes do happen , it is the testament to the engineering that went into LCA that the pilot is safe and the aircraft went into glide mode before crash.

Tejas are not stationed in any of the AFBs in the vicinity.

Why are all bitching so much, the infamous F-16 was termed as Lawn darts when they were introduced first. Even the most successful F-35 was lost due to silly reasons. Most safest/safe/accident-free for a fighter jet is retardest take, planes will crash and only when they crash can we rectify the error to avoid it next time. Ofcourse in the preliminary sense they are to be made so that pilot can eject safely, and its good our pilot survived. I always cringe at "Muh accident-free jet" as if it some supreme honor to badge on.
