trainers & Mk-1Aafter this what will be produced ?
Beautifully written! And actually a very accurate description of the sorry state of our defence preparedness.Pauli's Defence Capability Exclusion principle- you can either blame the developer for not developing and delivering properly, or the buyer for not placing correct orders. But you cannot pinpoint the exact position of the culprit responsible for lack of capability
how much time trainers will take ?trainers & Mk-1A
Serial trainers were already in jigs when all FOC were being worked on, not sure, but im guessing that we are going to see them in some time. (patience )how much time trainers will take ?
Here more than UNAF , I think the govt is to blame for allowing only orders for 10 LCH citing lack of funds. They keep funds for foreign maal to play so called military procurement diplomacyfor ppl it is easy to criticize HAL , no one seem to look at AF which is not placing orders for lch yet,83mk1a deal sign was also delayed by a year
Well he is the most authentic source so yes
Trainer production ???they should order more mk1, later they can be upgraded to near mk1a standard
2 yrs is too much time they can make 2 more sqds ig
I forgorTrainer production ???
But the 10 trainers after 8 FOC trainers will be of MK1A standard right? So if 36 months is a real constraint, they can't be rolled out before Feb 2024?Trainer production ???
all of this is due to late signing of documentsBut the 10 trainers after 8 FOC trainers will be of MK1A standard right? So if 36 months is a real constraint, they can't be rolled out before Feb 2024?
Nope , only few modifications above foc standard , maybe radar , and few electronics not totally mk1a standardBut the 10 trainers after 8 FOC trainers will be of MK1A standard right? So if 36 months is a real constraint, they can't be rolled out before Feb 2024?
Thanks for clarification. But that is still 10 in 20 months on a production line that is reasonably optimized by now. What I mean is for a change there seems to have been good slack built into 83 MK1A as against over promise under deliver?Nope , only few modifications above foc standard , maybe radar , and few electronics not totally mk1a standard
