I am happy with this judgement by Supreme court of India. It's high time to cancel tender for procuring fighter jets and purchase Rafale fighter jets for air force and navy.

These idiots all over twitter are still asking for the price details even after repeatedly being told by both the Government and the COAS that doing so will be tantamount to breaking the Security Agreement with France and hurting the defence and security of the nation.

sec.PNG

Congressis know that as per the IGA and the RFP they themselves agreed to and the Security Agreement they signed in, says that the pricing details cannot be disclosed, yet they keep on harping on about it.
They know BJP will not agree to making the pricing info public because of the above reason so they take advantage of this fact and prolong the issue so as to use it as political leverage all the while risking the defence of the nation and ruining relations with an ally nation.
Absolutely disgusting.

If you actually notice, RaGa is following the same methodology as Trump,

When cornered about something he will come up with "whataboutism" So when asked about the result of Mallya coming back, he resorted to "what about Rafale scam "

:D
congress.. congress..
Remember how Mallya tweeted happy about pilot and Raga when the poll results came .

I think this is ground for the RELIANCE ANIL Ambani to nail the congress by defamation case on the double in a court case.
Anil can actually get some money out of it .

Sonia must have told Raga to tell the same lies and Indians will believe it..
Well that was before the SOCIAL MEDIA came in for Antonio Maino.

Sonia Gandhi and his retard son's face is blackened with pitch black scum of Delhi sewer. The con mother and Son took the nation for a ride; backed by undignified snakes of media and press.

I am very sure our forum was overwhelmingly in an agreement on this issue that this party of traitors and corrupts was throwing false accusations.

Albeit what we discuss here is of strategic, tactical and technical nature. And even if there was corruption which I am all normalized to, given it is an entity attached to every procurement. I wouldn't even have blinked an eye if the court verdict had come against the current government.

Corrupt Gandhi are sold off compromised evil that is out to harm this nation.

When this whole political tug of war was unfolding yesterday and shameless Congi hounds were getting beaten to the pulp, I was only worried about future procurement of additional jets.

For me, the only highlight of the PC done by Arun Jaitley and Ms Nirmala Sitharaman was their candid,
in-command and honest body language when both were asked about procurement of additional jets.

MoD without any hitch talked about RFI being issued and the further decision will be made to buy additional aircraft soon.

I was so glad that this criminally malicious propaganda of Gandhi family has not affected the effort of strengthening our forces.

Reliance will be out of Rafale deal if Cong comes to power in 2019: Moily
'We believe in Rafale jet...it is good...it cannot be cancelled...it is our own baby, we only had finalised it with the HAL,' he said

Senior Congress leader M Veerappa Moily Friday said if his party was voted to power in the next Lok Sabha polls, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited would be accommodated as an offset partner and Anil Ambani's Reliance Defence eased out of the Rafale deal.

Moily, who ruled out scrapping the Rafale deal if his party was voted to power, told reporters, "When our government comes, we will go back to the HAL as an offset partner...definitely we are committed to it".

"We believe in Rafale jet...it is good...it cannot be cancelled...it is our own baby, we only had finalised it with the HAL," he said.

Addressing a press conference here on his party's stand on the defence deal, the former Union minister said his party was only opposed to "unlawful gains" by somebody under the guise of the defence deal and not the fighter jet.

Asked if Reliance would be out of the ambit of the Rafale framework as an offset partner, he shot back, "how that company can be in..?"

To a question on approaching the Supreme Court since the Congress has alleged that the court was fed "false information" by the government, Moily said constituting a Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) was their demand.

"The Congress is very clear that only a Joint Parliamentary Committee will be competent to go into the Rafale deal...we are not going to Supreme Court...we did not petition the court in the past too," he said, adding only Parliament would be the appropriate forum for the scrutiny.

Recalling the Congress-led governments constituting and facing JPCs in the past, Moily said the BJP government wanted to hide the truth.

"They know that they have everything to hide and nothing to disclose," he alleged.

On Prime Minister Narendra Modi accusing the Congress of threatening every institution in India, Moily said it was a "big joke".

It is only the BJP-led government that has destroyed the institutions, be it the CBI or the planning commission, he said.

On the BJP's demand for a debate in Parliament which they said was more powerful than a JPC probe, the Congress leader said the saffron party did not know the basic features of parliamentary procedures.

"A JPC can investigate the matter. The discussions had already been done on the deal. What more discussion would they like?" he said.

Asked about his accusation against Indian Air Force chief B S Dhanoa, Moily said, "It is not correct to say that I called him a liar...one of the television channels took it out of context".

The Congress leader said he only questioned Dhanoa quipping "fine" following the Supreme Court judgment on the Rafale deal.

"I asked him what is fine...I think in a matter like this, the armed forces or the chiefs anyone, they should not unnecessarily get into political controversies," Moily said.

About the Supreme Court's ruling on the deal, he quoted extensively from it and said it was not a "clean chit to the BJP government".

Both Modi and the Government of India would "face the music" since the court has been "misled", he alleged.

"If BJP is a real democratic party, it should take up the challenge, constitute JPC and face it. They have no faith in Parliament," he said.

The prime minister did not have time to attend the sitting though he was available in his chamber, the Congress leader added.

This is how INC sabotages National Security. Is it possible to throw such vendor out after deals signed or is this another hot air from INC.

We always knew that if BJP loses the relationship with France is over. Macron is proving such an incompetent at diplomacy I doubt he has the skills to save it.

Congress selected Rafale fighter aircraft knowing full cabilities of Rafale fighter and as well as cost of the aircraft. But why congress opposing Rafale deal. I think congress wanted kick backs in this Rafale deal from Dassault aviation.

This dalal is disgrace to the veteran community ..But them people will abuse Major Gaurav and Maj Gen Bakshi as hypernational war mongers and call Ajay a true unbiased defence analyst ...Ack thooooo:frusty:
Ajai Shukla is the brother in law of Suman Dubey, who is a prime accused in the national heard case. This one is not to be treated as a "veteran". Treat him like a normal Congi. All his views are political in nature.
