Legend comes from facts, but yours are pure BS coming straight from the stable of pro Rafale junkies,
Like I said.,. links should be enough to quieten any doubts,,. credible links..

So, if a French company spends 25% of Rafale cost then its superior, but when american avionics company spends more than that , its not credible company that can design good avionics?

I think you best only comment about something you know which is Rafale, and do follow up with links,,
Try not to talk abt Su-30 MKI, PAKFA, F-35 etc, because you do not know anything about it, You can just keep weaving your Rafale BS..

BS is only with Rafale (no supporting links) for otherr planes there re no such legends, there are facts supported by credible links..

Maybe it's a legend. The fact is taht this legend is only for Rafale..... not such things for EF, SH18, SU, Mig, F22....

I remember that 25% of the developpment funds were for Spectra. And french electronic warfare company are specialists.

Final Stumbling Block: Govt Seeks 134 Million Euro Waiver From France For Rafale Deal

As the NDA government inches toward closing the multi-billion euro Rafale fighter deal, New Delhi has sought a waiver from a key provision that requires India to shell out an advance guarantee.
If France accepts the Indian demand, it will result in a saving of more than euro 134 million, South Block sources said on Friday.
The deal for 36 Rafale warplanes is expected to be worth around euro 7.3 billion.
The sources said the deal was stuck as India had put its foot down on doing away with the advance guarantee clause as it was a government-to-government sale. The sources said defence minister Manohar Parrikar has conveyed the Indian position on the issue to French authorities through diplomatic channels on Thursday. It is learnt all other issues have been resolved.
Last week, Parrikar informed Lok Sabha that the team negotiating the deal to buy the French fighters, manufactured by Dassault Aviation, had submitted its final report to the government.
A favourable response from France to the Indian proposal could see the deal being sent to finance ministry in the coming days, the sources confirmed. Finance ministry clearance will pave the way for final approval by the Cabinet Committee on Security, headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The deal is crucial for the Indian Air Force which is grappling with a significant draw-down of its fighter fleet. The IAF has a 33 fighter squadrons – each consisting of 18 fighter planes, but it requires 45 combat units to counter a combined threat from China and Pakistan. The IAF admits it does not have sufficient number of warplanes to fight a two-front war.

The plan was to buy 126 fighter planes but the Center scrapped that deal, opting to buy 36 jets in fly-away condition from France. The new deal was announced by Modi during a visit to Paris last year.

The guy may not be a good artist, even the lines are not straight,, but then, he is educated enough to write what plane it hunted down... Rafale ... and your only complaint about the picture is the guy cannot draw accurately?
Unfortunately, you only read the first sentence....

facts are that in all known field tests, Rafale was best than F15 (Korea), Gripen and EF (Swiss, NL). Except in Nederlands, where a paper F35 (sold with F16 manouvrability, supercruise, low cost) win from 0,02 on a 10 scale.

India should forget Rafale because it is simply outdated. India should buy F-35 ASAP. If Hillary Clinton wins Pakistan will get F-35 directly or indirectly. Don't believe me? Research Huma Abedin. Huma Abedin is Hillary's right-hand person and Hillary calls her "second daughter". Huma Abedin is Pakistani and in Hillary's administration she will give Pakistan whatever they need and nothing to India. Rafale or Su30MKI are no match for F-35. If Pakistan gets hold of a few F-35, it will be deadly for India. India has a small window for getting F-35 from Obama administration.
US is not fool to risk there technology by giving it to porkistan ie to china via porkistan.

YET in India we did not rank Rafale higher than Eurofighter, And we know that IAF tested them most extensively
Thus your claim of Rafale being much superior, does not hold water. Also it has come to light how MRCA cost was fixed to allow Rafale to be L1 Thus,,, no.

Netherlands would not accept a french product when better plane is available, The logic of the Dutch is simple , they want a plane to fight future wars, Rafale is for past wars.

What will it make MOD to dump Rafale and buy additional Scorpene. We need something that is 5th gen fighter now it's either F35 or PAK FA, to fulfill the numbers we can buy additional SU30 MKI which will be upgraded soon.

Swiss eval : Rafale best in all aspect.
Dutch eval : Rafale far better EF. And a real plane (rafale) just 0.02 on 10 Under a paper plane. This paper plane is actually not fulfilling all the promises made.... Whaou....

Dutch just baught US umbrella. How many planes will they have? 40 ?:scared2::pound::laugh::rofl:

Yep, Rafale is very superior, that clearly shown in the number of countries that want to buy it
Oh and btw, Typhoon beat Rafale in interception role according to Swiss evaluation

Rafale is poor interceptor due to poor supersonic envelope.

Swiss Eval, Eurofighter better than Rafale in A2A role nice

Further about the deal,, also Defence ministry has to get OK from Law ministry, also there are ongoing investigations how an arms dealer had all the documents of Mirage 2000 upgrade deal and how is he connected to Dassault.. How would the govt feel if it signed the contract and then it comes to light that Dassault was involved in kickbacks for Mirage 2000 upgrade deal ..
Would BJP govt take that risk?

Korea, NL, Morocco cose the fighter. In the 2 first, only US pressure and/or diplomatic umbrella help US plane to win. In Morocco it was a 100% french failure....

Now Egypt, Qatar.
Tomorrow I'm sure India will be the third export Customer. And Malaysia just after.
Next year it will be UAE

Interception. How many times Rafale beat EF in the swiss eval role ? It's easier in the other sens : just One.

Enough to reach mach 2. French pilots are not authorised to go beyond mach 1.8 for economic reason.
