That is part of their international roadmap for the SH.

Something tells me that there Navy is more than happy with this upgraded Super Hornet+ J-UCAS Stealth UCAVs for Strike and F-35C as a potential Bomb Truck so in a way Super Hornet will not get replaced till 2025-30 and their future requirements will rest on NGAD/ F/A-XX to counter Sino-Russian threats..........
