Does baba have within his capacity to alter the demographic of J&K or deradicalise the demographic
For that, Dar ul uloom Deobandh will have to be shut down and all moulvi and hawala network will have to be destroyed.

There are two ways of tackling this menace:

1. Shutting down madrasas, teaching the reality of islam, making it unsustainable to become a Islamic clergy, promoting gender equality among Muslims, making Muslims understand that all humans are equal and that there is no afterlife.
This is a long term process that will take around 100-140 years.

2. Second way is what China is doing. That takes less resources and around 20-25 years.

Not in current context IMO But they can be taken on path of secularism subtly. Let us be honest, barring few... People in. Kashmir r tired of killings and violence... They knew that they r pawns in bigger game

Purge like of abdullah and mufti, s.. Try to bring moderate voices into hurriyat et all..

Rest, with peace opening and whole Delhi / PB / HR rushing to buy land there for homes.. Demographic change will happen automatically.. Some thing on the lines of Uttarakhand.... Whole UK live jn NCR in weekdays and migrate over Weekend....
