Yep, just like Chandrayaan-2, it would be better to do all 3 of them together, orbiter + lander + rover. But for that we'll need a much heavier rocket.
Does NASA perseverance mars rover communicate directly with home or via orbiter ?

Cant we make lander+rover as one. Rover capable of landing it self , means host not required !

I doubt it, NASA uses some skycrane system to do that, we can't.

LVM-3 cannot send a Orbiter+Rover+Lander to Mars, it can only send either a Orbiter only mission or a Lander+Rover mission

all NASA rovers & landers inlcuding the 2003 Spirit, Oppurtunity rovers, 2008 Phoenix lander communicates directly to earth, so theoritically we don't need to send an orbiter to mars, Lander+rover can be enough

And we can't send a lander and a rover without an orbiter. Thats where the problem is. Maybe they'll send the orbiter in Mangalyaan-2 (MOM-2) and in the MOM-3 mission they'll deploy a lander and a rover before the orbiter dies out after its lifespan is over.

Do they use any powerful telecommunications system?

who said that we can't send Lander without Orbiter?? If you think comms will be a problem without orbiter, then answer is No, we don't need an orbiter for comms.....lander & rover can directly communicate to earth

If ISRO wants to send than send with nucleur battries, otherwise sunlight power doesn't reliable.
who said that that sunlight isn't reliable on mars?? NASA's Spirit & Oppurtunity rovers are solar powered & the spirit served 7 years while oppurtunity served 14 years instead of 90 days as originally intended

Not launch vehicle but most of strategic projects adhysis, they most likely want to just be space agency than agency who develops many first tech in India which is why you are not seeing any new gen sats being announced few years back they were launching straight projects only but not now

I think both Ad-Hysis & A-GISAT are under development...they also announced the development of SBS-03 programme
